Our experience with Five Star Roofing was exceptional. After speaking with several companies about our roof replacement, their salesperson, Kyle, stood out as the most responsive. He listened carefully to our concerns, helped us make key decisions and delivered a proposal that covered everything as we expected. He took the time to guide us through the process, ensuring we fully understood what was to come, and made no attempts to sell us unnecessary upgrades. Their pricing was competitive, and they showed impressive flexibility in coordinating with our schedule. Randy and the rest of the installation team made sure the project was completed on time and to our specification - a testament to their commitment and reliability. We had Kyle from 5 star roofing come out and inspect our roof after we had solar panels removed. He was thorough and very honest about what he saw. He even made sure to show us the damage. We ended up needing a new roof and Kyle walked us through the entire process and was extremely responsive anytime we had questions or concerns. Our roof was to be installed on a Monday but we received a call the Thurs before and we were notified that it would be raining on our install date. Instead of pushing out they gave us the option of installing that sat, we were happy they gave us options and communicated with us every step of the way. The new roof went on very fast and seamlessly. The team even repaired one of our gutters we were having problems with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! ~ Jacquelynn C

This company was excellent to deal with. I initially called them for a small problem area on my roof. They did a full inspection on my roof and shed. They determined that I had extensive wind/hail damage, helped me file a home owners claim and handled several back and forth with the Insurance company. They were on site each time the insurance adjuster came out to inspect. They delivered exactly as promised and kept me updated at each step in the process. Once the claim was finalized they schedule my roof replacement within a week and did an outstanding job. Clean up was great. Brandon is wonderful to deal with and handled my service through to the end. I highly recommend this company and their employees. I had my roof repaired / whole roof replaced by 5 Star and while it wasn't cheap, ( I had alot of damage ) the finished roof was near perfect. I like that I was always able to get ahold of someone, even after business hours and I really appreciate that. They were very professional, kept me updated on my work order, sent me text, emails along with phone calls every week. *** For the important stuff: My roof looks to be perfect after some storm damage that left two holes that were both around 12-20 inches each. I really didn't expect that. After the job was done, I couldn't find anything left as far as roofing tiles, plastic, nails, wood, etc. I mean nothing at all. I can 100% recommend these guys and who ever that crew was, (if you see this) you guys were beyond GREAT. Ask for a wage increase! You certainly earned it! ~ Max W

First of all, I got a return call within minutes of leaving a message- that was not the case for all companies I reached out to. Kyle set up a time the following day to come out and look at our roof. He felt confident our insurance policy would cover the new roof, so we submitted a claim. Once the inspector/adjuster set a time to come out and look at our roof, Kyle was here to walk through it with him- which made me feel more confident in us getting the roof covered by our insurance. The insurance came through, and we set everything up and had a new roof within two weeks. Randy came out after the job was completed and made sure the job was complete and cleaned up as well. As a Realtor I deal with a lot of contractors and it was a pleasure speaking and working with the team at 5 Star Roofing. From Zach to Randy they are just that 5 Stars!!! Honest and dependable, as we needed their expert services on a roof evaluation and estimate for any repair work. Not only did they work us in, but did a complete inspection to satisfy our concerns. What we were thinking would have cost a pretty penny. They could have easily convinced us that it was a major issue and went for the 'money grab', but instead suggested that it be handled when the roof replacement became necessary. I contacted Kyle Miles on a Wednesday about possible damage to our roof from a recent hail storm, Kyle was at the store the next day to inspect our roof. Kyle was very professional and efficient in working with our insurance to get the claim through as quickly as possible. This was mid-May and our new roof was installed on Memorial Day, and the gutters were installed on Friday. Our business was able to operate normally due to the efficiency and professionalism of 5-Star Roofing. Kyle, Randy and their crew are incredible to work with when replacing roof, gutters and downspouts. Every member of this team strives for perfection. My peculiar requests were never met with ‘We cannot do that’, but, “Let’s see how we can make that happen for you.” Out of curiosity, I obtained 2 additional quotes. All 3 quotes were within hundreds of dollars of each other, but the responsiveness from the 3 companies couldn’t have been further apart. 5 Star response puts the sundown rule to shame. They responded to my inquiries within an hour during business hours. I could not be happier with my experience with 5 Star Roofing. From my first meeting with Kyle, to Gabe removing some shingles so I could submit a warranty claim, to Shannon in the office. Everyone was very professional and pleasant to work with. Randy's crew showed up around 6:15 A.M. on installation day, and finished my roof in one day (and it was a very hot day!). They took care to protect other parts of my house from damage, and picked up all trash before leaving. The roofers were polite and very hard working. Randy came back the next morning to insure all debris was removed. He even brought my wife and me breakfast. Thank you all for making this experience as painless as possible. ~ Mark G

Zoey gave the best customer service and informed me she would have Jerry Bates call. Jerry called within hours and set up a meeting. Same day Jerry stopped by and told me step by step how the process would go and who I would speak with and he got the ball rolling. We had our roof inspected and 5 Star handled everything for our Insurance, we didn't have to do anything. We had damage and 5 star 🌟 took care of everything in one day. W e have a beautiful roof and have not found one nail on the ground around our home. Jerry took the time to come by and check on everything so I do not see a reason to call anyone else. We just used 5 Star Roofing to replace our roof on our home and garage. Kyle Mills was able to get it covered under our homeowners insurance so all we had to pay was the deductible. He came out and met with the insurance agent and kept us updated with everything from start to finish. The crew that installed the new shingles was amazing! They worked all day and got the whole job done that same day. Cleaned up any debris and did multiple nail sweeps. I was very impressed with their hard work as well as the communication. 5 Star Roofing and Restoration did a free inspection on my home in 2022. My roof at the time was 22 years old. They were very honest in advising me that they found no issues and that I did not need a new roof. I had been told that I had storm damage by another roofing company. 5 Stars honestly went a long way with me. Last year, I found shingles in the yard of a second home we own. For comparison, I called 3 roofing companies for this house. I went with 5 Star on this house and have no regrets. My experience with them have been excellent every step of the way. JT kept me informed throughout the process. He was very helpful in guiding me through the claim process with my insurance. The supplies were delivered the day before the installation. The crew showed up early that morning and had our roof finished in 1 day. The quality and fit and finish of our new roof is excellent. ~ Terry N

Our town experienced a horrible hail storm. We contacted our insurance who sent their adjuster, which only partially inspected our roof. He advised we barely had any damage. After seeing dozens of homes nearby receiving new roofs from their damage, we contacted 5 Star. Their inspector covered our entire roof and sent photos to our insurance adjuster, he then approved the claim. Having roofing experience, the job 5 Star and their sub contractors did was beyond our expectations. Our insurance still tried to avoid paying our full claim. 5 Star had our back’s and we ended up having our claim fully approved. If you’re reading this, 5 Star has been an answered prayer. We had some wind/storm damage to our roof. I contacted 5 Star Roofing (they have done work in my neighborhood before). Kyle with 5 Star showed up and assessed the situation. He walked me through the process of filing a claim with my home owner's insurance. When the claims adjuster showed up to view my roof, Kyle was at my house to answer any questions. We worked everything out with the adjuster. After that, my wife and I picked out the shingles we wanted and 5 Star scheduled the job. It was fast and the quality is wonderful. 5 Star Roofing did a complete roof replacement. I checked their rating on BBB and met with their representative, Brandon Payne. He was courteous, on time and answered my many, many questions and concerns. I decided to sign with 5 Star for my roof replacement. We had to reschedule a few times due to the weather but I was constantly kept in the loop by Randy and Brandon. When the workers came, they started right to work, laying tarp and covering areas where shingles, nails and debris would be falling. A team of 6 finished the roof in a day, despite a cold morning and early nightfall. Brandon came to check on the progress and kept me abreast of what was going on and what to expect. I try to do my homework before hiring because I don't like regrets or headaches. I got neither with 5 Star and don't think anyone who works with them will either. Gabe came out to quote a home we are in the process of purchasing. He was professional and efficient. He answered questions we had on the spot and provided his quote with a day or two of visiting the site. His quote was very competitive amongst the group of five roofers we had quote the home. Gabe was very communicative after the quote and continued to shape his proposal to match out quality/material needs for our roof. We haven't moved into the home yet but plan to reengage Gabe in a couple of months and dive deeper into his initial quote. Brandon Mullis was an awesome representative from 5 Star Roofing. He completed a free inspection and helped us with the steps to complete our insurance claim. We were very pleased with the installation process as well. Everyone we spoke to from 5 Star Roofing was profession, responsive to our emails/phone calls and helped us through this process. Additional costs came up during the install. Brandon and his team got an additional claim approved by our insurance company and helped us with getting this check from the insurance company. These guys were so awesome and we'll be using them again for things other than the roof! Randy was very knowledgeable and incredible, he made the whole experience super easy and comfortable. All the roofers that came were respectful and kind, and they left everything perfect without a trace that they were ever there! They way things were flying off the roof, we had doubts and our little boy was so excited to get out there with his metal detector and find "treasures" (nails) and he didn't find a single one left in the yard 😊 highly recommend you give them a call, they do move than just roofing! I was in need of replacing my roof and 5 Star had recently replaced a roof on a neighbors home so I reached out to them. Dan, my sales guy promptly came out to talk with me and provided an estimate on doing the job. It was acceptable so we scheduled the replacement a couple of weeks later. 5 Star sent their guys out, got to my house about 7 am as scheduled. I watched in awe at the work they did. They were professional, the roof looks great, they cleaned up after they left and except for the fact that I had a new roof I would have never known they were there. Randy, the head of construction came out to check on the job as well. The next morning Randy came back to run his magnet around the yard, the installers also did that before they finished up. Finally, the next morning Dan, the sales guy came out to run the magnet for a 3rd time. Thus far I haven't seen any nails they missed. All in all this was a terrific experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use the guys. Give Dan a call! ~ Rocky R

I am very happy with the service I received from the beginning of the process of inspecting my roof, quoting the cost of the roof and installation. Brandon Payne explained everything about the process and what we could expect from beginning to end. He answered all if our questions in detail and he was extremely honest and open. The crew that did the roof installation were excellent and did a great job. Randy Hopkins the project manager and the crew made sure that nothing in our yard and flower beds got broken or damaged which I greatly appreciated. The crew did a great job of cleaning up after they were finished. Randy Hopkins came back out the following day and did his own inspection around the yard to make sure everything was cleaned up to his satisfaction. This was great experience for my wife and myself and we are very happy with our roof. I will not hesitate to recommend 5 Star Roofing to friends and family in the future. It can be scary answering the door to a salesman walking around your neighborhood, but I'm glad we did! 5 Star Roofing was able to replace our entire roof with insurance paying for the entire thing (minus our deductible). They walked with us through the whole process, came to the inspections, and made what is normally a stressful situation as easy as it could possibly be. And on top of that - our roof looks great! We have had many people knock on our door and give us an ear full about our roof and what they could possibly do to help. Needless to say I would thank then an close the door. We are a small everyday family and I am a stay at home mom so the thought of paying for a roof was mind-blowing until I had a man meet me in the front yard and it made me listen. I contacted 5 Star roofing to come out and take a look at my roof. I recently purchased a home and the attic gets very hot during the summer and very cold in the winter. They sent out Zach Leiss who was very kind, introduced himself at the door before asking to inspect the roof / attic. After inspection, Zach explained it seems the previous owner blocked a vent that allowed airflow into and out of the attic. Zach walked me through possible options and was very honest on what he saw. 5 Star Roofing is awesome! ~ Jacob G
